How ITG, LLC collects, uses, and shares your information
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes and governs the information collection, use, storage, and sharing practices of ITG, LLC. ("ITG", "we", "us", and "our") with respect to your access or use of our website, products, tools, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), whether you are a merchant that uses our Services ("Merchant") or other end user, such as a customer that accesses a Merchant e-commerce store ("e-Booking") that uses our Services (a "Customer"), or whether you're simply visiting our website at www.itg.golf (our "Website").
Before you use or submit any information through or in connection with the Services, please carefully review this Policy. By using any part of the Services, regardless of how you access the Services, or by accessing a Merchant e-Booking or otherwise dealing with a Merchant using the Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and, as applicable, the ITG Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
I. INFORMATION COLLECTED
A. Information we collect from Merchants and why
We collect your name, company name, address, email address, phone number(s) and payment details (for example, your credit card information). We use this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide you with advertising and marketing, and charge you for our Services. We also use this information to make sure that we comply with legal requirements. We collect data about how and when you access your account, including your IP address, and information about how you browse through the interface. We use this information to give you access to and improve our Services; for example, to make our Services easier to use.

B. Information we collect from our Merchants' customers and why
We collect our Merchants' Customers' name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, phone number, IP address, information about orders you initiate, information about the e-Bookings that you visit that use our Services, and information about the device and browser you use. We use this information to support Merchants' use of the Services, including processing orders, risk and fraud screening, authentication, and payments. We also use this information to improve our Services and to help customize and improve your experience when you visit a Merchant's e-Booking by presenting goods to you that are more likely to be of interest to you (see Section IV. Cookies below for more information).
The Services may contain links to or "frame" third-party websites, applications, and other services (e.g., payment gateways such as Dejavoo). Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and services. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every site they visit that collects their information.
When we collect this information
We collect this information when you use or access a Merchant's e-Booking, such as when you visit a Merchant's e-Booking, place an order or sign up for an account on a Merchant's e-Booking.
Additionally, we partner with third parties who provide us information about our Merchants' Customers, for example to help us screen out Customers associated with fraud.

We work with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide our Merchants with the Services and we may share, or authorize them to collect, personal information to support these efforts, including our third party server hosting provider and Google (for Google Analytics).
We may also share your information in in circumstances such as the following:
- to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or any other agreement related to the Services, or as otherwise required by law.
- If the Merchant directs us to transfer this information (for example, if they enable a payment gateway or third party app that accesses Customer personal information).
- to conform to legal requirements, or to respond to lawful court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests by public authorities (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
Personal information may also be shared with a company that acquires our business or the business of a merchant whose store you visit or access, whether through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction or proceeding, or as otherwise described under "Sale of Our Company" below.
C. Information we collect from our Website visitors and why
No registration is required in order to use our Website. As you visit or browse our Website, we may collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, and information derived from cookies installed on your device (see Section IV. Cookies below for more information). ITG does not collect personal identifying information unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided from visitors.

II. CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you are a Merchant, you can update many types of personal information directly within your account settings. If you are unable to change your personal information within your account settings, or if you are concerned about data collected as you use our Services, please contact us.
If you are a Merchant's Customer and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Merchant you interacted with directly -- we serve as a service provider on their behalf, and must forward your request to them to allow them to respond.

III. SECURITY
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your information. However, no method of Internet use, transmission over the Internet or other electronic transmissions, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee (1) that these measures will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose your information or (2) the absolute security of your personal information.
Further, please note that Services are operated by ITG in the United States (US). If you are located outside of the US, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your home country, where the data protection laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
IV. COOKIES; DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of ITG's Internet servers (i.e. log file information such as IP address) or through the use of "cookies." A cookie is a small amount of data, which may include a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device to recognize repeat users and facilitate the user's use of the site.
ITG drops a first-party session cookie on visitors to our Website, which displays a pop-up to ask whether the visitor is a retailer (e.g., looking for information about becoming a Merchant) or a shopper looking for information about golf. ITG may use Google Analytics to collect analytics information regarding visitors' experience and usage on our Website.
Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to "Do Not Track" signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
We also use first-party session cookies as part of the Services on e-Bookings, for example to operate the shopping cart for our Merchants' e-Bookings and track e-Bookings usage behavior. ITG also uses Google Analytics to collect analytics information regarding prospective or actual Customers' experience and usage of the e-Bookings. These cookies may be used to compile aggregate data for content improvement, targeted advertising, and marketing and promotional purposes.
You should be aware that ITG has limited control over the use of third-party cookies or the resulting use of information by such third parties. Most browsers allow a user to deny cookies; however, users should note that cookies may be required to provide certain web site features.
V. THIRD PARTY APPS
Our Services allow Merchants to connect their stores with applications to alter or provide new functionalities in their store. Unless the developer is listed as "ITG," we are not responsible for and has no control over how these apps function. Merchants ultimately can control which apps they choose to use with their e-Bookings and are responsible for making sure that they do so in compliance with relevant privacy and data protection requirements.
VI. RETENTION
In general, we keep your personal information throughout your relationship with us. For Merchants, this means we will keep your information as long as you maintain an e- Store. For our Merchants' Customers, we act solely as a service provider on behalf of our merchants, and it is up to the Merchant to determine how long your information is stored.
Once you terminate your relationship with us, we generally will continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes such as to defend a contractual claim or for audit purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid data erasure request, or, if you are a Merchant, you terminate your account and your personal information is purged pursuant to our standard purge process.
We will continue to store anonymous or anonymized information, such as website visits, without identifiers, in order to improve our Services.
VII. INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
No information should be submitted to ITG by individuals under 18 years of age. ITG does not monitor the age of its user audience.
VIII. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. If you wish to submit a request pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, please contact us via email at itg@itg.golf.
We do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms including general web browner, "Do Not Track" settings and/or signals.
IX. RIGHT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME
ITG reserves the right to change this Policy at any time and you should check this page periodically for updates. If we decide to change our Policy, we will post those changes to this privacy policy, and by other means we deem appropriate (if any). Your access to the Services or our Website after such changes have been posted on this page will signify acceptance of the terms of the updated Policy.

Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that another company acquires us or a significant portion of our assets or stock is sold to another company, all information, including financial records and Customer information, collected by ITG may be transferred to the acquiring company. You will be notified via of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information by notice on our Website, and by other means we deem appropriate (if any).
